Per Ardua ad Honesta ❤️🖤❤️House Abraham Fischer, a national monument at UFS Bloemfontein campus, is the oldest student accommodation. It is part of the campus fabric and has been home to many industry alumni. The house fosters lifelong bonds and memories, offering opportunities for academic, cultural, and sporting activities. As part of the campus culture, the residence encourages students from all walks of life to participate in residential programs and contribute to the spirit of Per Ardua ad Honesta.
Achievement:Vishuis Residence rugby team won the 2012 Steinhoff Koshuisrugby Championships, defeating Stellenbosch University's Dagbreek Residence 44-26. This marks their second win in the tournament, and they now have three titles. The team went into the finals unbeaten, defeating residences from the University of Pretoria and Tshwane University of Technology. Manager Gerhard Meyer said winning the championship as a player and fellow-coach was a personal highlight, highlighting the hard work of the boys.
